Does not attack quartz when dry. Produces
an explosion on contact with water. Oxidizer, poisonous, corrosive. Very reactive, usually with conflagration.Caution
Potential symptoms of overexposure
are irritation of eyes, skin, respiratory system; corneal necrosis;
skin burns; cough, dyspnea, pulmonary edema; liver, kidney injury.
