Properties

Crystals, mp 89°. (Isomer A, needles from ethanol, mp 112-113.5°; isomer B, mp 111.5-112°). The commercial medicinal product is the cis-trans mixture. Soluble in ether, benzene, chloroform; less sol in ethanol.
