Yellow needles, mp 28-32°. Onion-like odor. Soly in alcohol: 2 g/100 ml. Freely sol in benzene, ether, petr ether, oils. Almost insol in water. LD50 orally in rats: 480 mg/kg (Bailey, White).

Insecticide formulations; herbicide.
