Light yellow liquid, bp0.1 130°. d2525 1.16. nD30 1.5883. Practically insol in water. Miscible with organic solvents. LD50 in mice (mg/kg): 14.0 orally, 4.8 i.p. (Lee). LD50 in rats (mg/kg): 3-17 orally, 147 dermally (Ben-Dyke).

Caution

Potential symptoms of overexposure are nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, salivation; headache, giddiness, vertigo, weakness; rhinorrhea, chest tightness; blurred vision, miosis; cardiac irregularities; muscle fasciculations; dyspnea.
