Properties
Lead-gray, lustrous powder; the artificially prepd
sulfide is black and lustrous. d1515 5.06; mp 2375°. Begins to sublime at 450°. Insol
in water or dil acids.Use
Dry lubricant and lubricant additive. Hydrogenation
catalyst.
