Yellow deliquescent scales. Soly in water (g/l):
642 (20°), 876 (100°). Sol in ethanol, ammonium hydroxide. Insol
in nitric acid. Sublimable in absence of air and readily absorbs
NH3. The aq soln is acid; pH about 4. Keep well closed. LD50 in
mice, rats (mg/kg): 48, 11 i.p. (IARC).Derivative
