Crystalline solid, mp 91-92°. Soly in water (20°): 750 ppm. Very sol in organic solvents. Vapor pressure at 20°: 2.3×10-6 Torr. LD50 in mice, rats (mg/kg): 2160, 2980 orally (Gysin, Knüsli, 1960). LC50 (96 hour) in bluegill sunfish, rainbow trout (ppm): >32, 20 (Tweedy, Kahrs).
