White to light beige crystalline powder. mp 139.1-144.5°. Vapor pressure (20°): < 4×10-7 Pa. pKa: 6.9. Log P (octanol/water): 4.05 (unbuffered at 20°). Soly in water (20°): 0.3 g/l. LD50 in rats (mg/kg): > 6200 orally; > 2000 dermally. LC50 in rats (mg/m3): > 4990 by inhalation. LC50 (96 hr) in rainbow trout: 1.83 mg/l (Mauler-Machnik).
