Vapor density (20°): 4.3 g/l. Specific gravity (20°): 1.35. Soly
at 16.5° (ml gaseous F2SO2/100 ml solvent):
4-5 (water); 24-27 (alcohol); 210-220 (toluene); 136-138 (CCl4). Not hydrolyzed by water. Hydrolyzed by NaOH solns. May
be stored in compressed form in steel cylinders or in a gasometer
over H2SO4.Caution
Potential symptoms of overexposure
are conjunctivitis, rhinitis and pharyngitis; paresthesia; direct
