Properties

Yellowish white to yellow powder, mp 234-235° (dec). Practically odorless with a bitter taste. Slightly sol in methanol; very slightly sol in water, ether, acetone, benzene. LD50 orally in mice: 1601 mg/kg (Nakanishi, 1974).
