Properties

Colorless or pale yellow liquid. Poisonous. mp 25.6°. bp ≈410° with slight decompn. Flash pt 225°C. d 1.1955. n 1.5575. Sparingly sol in water, slightly sol in alcohol, sol in ether.

Caution

Potential symptoms of overexposure are GI disturbance; peripheral neuropathy; cramps in calves, paresthesia in feet or hands; weak feet, wrist drop and paralysis.
