mineral hopeite; the article of commerce is about 98% pure.
Properties
Tetrahydrate, white, odorless powder. Insol in
water or alcohol. Sol in dil mineral acids, acetic acid, ammonia,
and in alkali hydroxide solns.Use
In dental cements.
