Description and references
Prepn from diborane and dimethylberyllium:

Properties
Similar to aluminum borohydride, but less volatile.
Spontaneously flammable. Sublimes at 91.3°. Dec above 123° without
melting. Reacts vigorously with water, HCl to liberate hydrogen.Status
