Properties

Crystals, dec 130-135°. [α]D25 72°. uv max (methanol): 230 nm (E1%1cm 590). Sol in methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, butanol, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl acetate, amyl acetate, ether, dioxane, dimethylformamide, benzene, acetic acid; slightly sol in water, hexane.
