Properties

Triclinic crystals. When dry, dec on standing forming a yellow crust on surface; more stable if kept damp and stored below 0°. Spontaneously dec at 43-49°. d 1.87. Freely sol in water. Practically insol in alcohol. Keep well closed and in a cool place.

Therapeutic Category

In dermatitis and jaundice due to arsphenamine.
