Description and references

Soluble form of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), the cell surface receptor for most human rhinoviruses. Glycoprotein produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells by recombinant DNA technology; contains only the extracellular domains of the normal, membrane-bound form. Prepn and antirhinoviral activity: S.
