Acacia Solution

Dissolve 100 g of acacia in 1000 mL of water, stir mechanically for 2 hours, centrifuge at 2000 g for 30 minutes to obtain a clear solution.

Store in polyethylene containers of about 250 mL capacity at 0° to –20°.
