Ammonium Molybdate Reagent

Mix in the following order 1 volume of a 2.5% w/v solution of ammonium molybdate, 1 volume of a 10% w/v solution of l-ascorbic acid and 1 volume of 3m sulfuric acid and add 2 volumes of water.

Use within 1 day of preparation.
