校正脑脊液WBC计数 = 检测到的脑脊液WBC计数 - （血WBC计数 * 脑脊液RBC计数 / 血RBC计数）
说明
出血24小时后，红细胞溶解，加上出血刺激脑膜，使得白细胞大量增加，就不能用上述规律计算。其增加的种类开始为中性粒细胞，以后为淋巴细胞，再后为单核细胞。
