The CRA will distribute these to their investigators as well as perform all the required training of the center personnel in the identified procedures. These CRAs also resolve most logistical problems, including any sample transportation issues, directly with the local Courier representatives. Again cultural and language difficulties are avoided by allowing fellow Nationals to interpret and resolve queries. |

The Pharma CRAs are in regular contact with the laboratory and attend training and refresher sessions when they visit Headquarters. Regular User Group Meetings with European representatives are held where common issues, policies and service reviews can be discussed and difficulties resolved. |
