The TPC would, then bring a program variance to his TGM for resolution. The variance would also be raised to the function for continuous improvement of functional excellence through real examples of where the original functional guidance on how to do it had failed to be achieved. In this way, the TPC has the benefit of excellent functional support without the conflicts that a single boss would bring. |
