Liquid, mp -13 to -12°. d420 1.220. nD20 1.5490. Vapor pressure: 1.5 × 10-6 mm Hg. Sol in xylene, methylated naphthalene, chloroform, acetone and kerosene + 1% methyl ethyl ketone or benzene; slightly sol in water. LD50 in female, male rats (mg/kg): 27, 65 orally; 62, 245 dermally (Gaines).
