Crystals from benzene, mp 92-94°. uv max (water): 222, 274 nm (E1%1cm 298, 94). 1og P 0.06. Soly in water at 20°: 2.5 g/100 ml. Sol in alcohol, propylene glycol. Sparingly sol in chloroform. Practically insol in n-hexane.
