Properties

Crystals from dioxane + water, mp 101.5-103°. Soly in water at 24°: 48 ppm; sparingly sol in hydrocarbon solvents. Stable toward oxidation and water at ordinary temperatures. LD50 orally in rats: >11000 mg/kg (Bailey, White).
