Properties
Thin plates, faint orange tint, d 2.822. mp 56° (in hot water). bp758 193° (dec). Slowly hydrolyzes
in water forming H3PO4 and HBr. Sol in ether,
benzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, concd H2SO4. Corrosive; store in sealed glass ampuls.
