Tan liquid, phosphorus odor, bp0.1 155-158°. d2020 1.20, nD20 1.5859. Low soly in water, sol in organic solvents. LD50 orally in rats: 227 mg/kg (Bull, Ivie).

Caution

Potential symptoms of overexposure are nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, salivation; headache, giddiness, vertigo, weakness; rhinorrhea, chest tightness; blurred vision, miosis; cardiac irregularities; muscle fasciculations; dyspnea.
