Specific inhibitor of kallikrein, q.v. Recombinant, 60 amino acid peptide produced in the yeast, Pichia pastoris. Derived from the first Kunitz domain of human tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI), also known as lipoprotein associated coagulation inhibitor (LACI).
