Group of intensely sweet, steviol glycosides
isolated from the stevia plant, Stevia rebaudiana Bert., Asteraceae. Rebaudiosides A and C are the most abundant.
Structurally similar to stevioside, q.v.; differing in the number and type of sugars attached.
