Overview
A great deal of expertise and experience is needed to effectively manage an international project team. The ideal project leader must possess a multitude of skills and motivate other professional managers productively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary matrix environment. This individual must provide a global and balanced perspective to the organization while evaluating critical issues and must fully appreciate and understand the regulatory and business requirements of key markets around the world.
