Class: Topical/anti-infective

 Action Inhibits bacterial protein synthesis.

 Indications Topical treatment of impetigo caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus pyogenes, Streptococci, and Bacillus hemolyticus.

 Contraindications Standard considerations.

 Route/Dosage

ADULTS: Topical Apply tid for 3–5 days.

 Adverse Reactions

DERM: Burning; stinging; pain; rash; itching; contact dermatitis.

 Precautions
