Properties

Crystals, mp 178°. (Free base bp1 225-240°). Sensitive to light. Soly in water about 1.0 g/60 ml, ethanol about 1.0 g/300 ml, chloroform 1.0 g/5 ml. Practically insol in acetone, ether, benzene. pH of 1% aq soln 4.8.
