Yellow crystals from benzene, mp 172°. Practically insol in water. Freely sol in DMF. Sol in hot benzene, toluene, dioxane. Slightly sol in methanol, ethanol, acetone. LD50 in male, female rats (mg/kg): 1800, 1100 orally (Gaines).
